I had an excellent experience with Solar For Less JA from start to finish. I bought a 10kW system, and the entire process with Debbieann Fife was extremely transparent. From payments were made, she communicated with me at every step of the way, including providing photographic evidence of shipment paperwork from embarkment through to customs. She even provided hourly ETA on the delivery from Wharf to my house. I decided to use the installation team, which is also provided as an option from Ms Fiffe, and the process was the same very smooth. The installation happened without my presence onsite as I'm living abroad and was unable to be in Jamaica at that time. Miss Fiffe took care of all that, arranged time and date when her installation team would do the work, and provided videos of progress throughout the installation process.

She provided all the necessary tracking information for the product, including photographic evidence of the shipment on the day of embarkment, the ETA in JA, I was advised of the product's actual arrival in Jamaica, I was kept abreast of the processing in Customs, after released from Customs I was given the ETA at my home, and finally a picture of the trailer entering the gates of my community. It is hard to express the excitement I had watching the arrival of my Solar System. I choose the option to use the installation team provided by Solar for Less JA and I was very happy with the quality of service obtained. They were an amazing team – the technicians were knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and overall very professional. I am very satisfied with the appearance and performance, of my solar system.
